Choose a course from the course list. Click on the course link. Follow the screen to the payment page. After entering the payment information 3 files will appear under your account. The first is the course reading material, also included is a link to the course test and course evaluation. After completing the test and evaluation a certificate of completion will be available under your account.
After completing the course purchase, click on My Account at the top of the page. Under My Account you will see My Files, which contain your reading and test materials. The reading and test material will open in new browser windows. Anytime you feel lost click on My account at the top of the page to be taken back to the course and test pages.
You can enter up to three license numbers in the license field: example: Mft2844, Brn3466, SW65656. The certificate will print exactly as the information is entered. Only the license number entered in the first professional license field will appear on the certificate of completion. You can edit the license number through the My Account link. All changes will appear on the certificate when you refresh the certificate page.
No License Number
Enter the word None in the license field on the registration screen to continue.
Once the payment has been made the reading and test material will be available under the My Account link located at the top of the page.
You will be asked to register during the payment process or you can click on the Create Account link located at the very top of the page.
Go to the My Account link located at the top of the page to edit your profile.
Course Expiration Date
If you need more time to complete a course please email us. We will add time to the expiration date.
Can't find the course I just purchased
Click on My Account at the top of the page. My account will take you to the Files and Training page. The course reading and test materials are located under Files and Training. If you feel lost you can find your way by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page.
Click on My Account to view all completed course certificates.
Immediately upon successful completion of the online test and evaluation form. Your certificate is located at the bottom of the View Files, Launch Training page.

Login Questions: Click on My Account at the very top of the page followed by Forgot your Password. If the system is unable to recovery your password please email us for assistance.
Is my PostTest being timed
No, you can take as much time as needed to complete the exam.
How many times can I take the PostTest?
As many times as needed at no additional charge.
Re-taking the PostTest
You can retake the exam at any time. If you would like to study and come back later, simply logon when you return and click on the my account button. You can take the exam as many times as needed without any additional cost.
Can I print more than one copy of my certificate
You can print an unlimited number of copies.

All courses on this site are reported to CeBroker daily.

Payments
I may have paid for the same course twice? Please let us know through email. We will void out all duplicate payments.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. We only accept checks through the postal mail.
Please notify us of any technical issues you might be having. This site has recently been reprogrammed into a new programming language so that we can provide advanced features to our customers. We have tested the site to the best of our ability. This does not preclude new unforeseen problems from arising. We would love to hear from you. Please email us with any concerns, error messages or technical issues.
Please email us if you would like to cancel a transaction or if you think you may have submitted your credit card information twice. We almost always catch double payments and notify the participants. We would still encourage you to let us know by using the contact us link. We will immediately refund any cancelled courses. We will void any payments that have been made in error.

We do not share private information that has been submitted during the registration process. The registration information is used to create the certificate of completion with your name on it. The information you share is stored in a secure database and will only be used for verification purposes.
Site Security and Payment Processing: We contract with Wells Fargo Bank for all credit card processing. We use SSL (secure socket layer) security technology. SSL is all about encryption. SSL encrypts data, like credit cards numbers (as well as other personally identifiable information), which prevents the "bad guys" from stealing your information for malicious intent. You know that you're on an SSL protected page when the address on the payment page begins with "https".
