Cancellation Policy

Please email us if you would like to cancel a transaction or if you think you may have submitted your credit card information twice.   We almost always catch double payments and notify the participants.  We would still encourage you to let us know by sending us an email message.  We will immediately refund any cancelled courses.  We will void any payments that have been made in error.

Privacy Policy

We do not share private information that has been submitted during the registration process.  The registration information is used to create the certificate of completion with your name on it.  The information you share is stored in a secure database and will only be used for verification purposes.

Site Security

We contract with Wells Fargo Bank for all credit card processing.  We use SSL (secure socket layer) security technology.  SSL is all about encryption. SSL encrypts data, like credit cards numbers (as well as other personally identifiable information), which prevents the "bad guys" from stealing your information for malicious intent. You know that you're on an SSL protected page when the address on the payment page begins with "https".
